findbl is the trading name of Caprisol. We build websites for businesses. We do not sell your information, and this site runs no advertising trackers or analytics — the only outside service it loads is Google Fonts.

2. How we collect information — (a) public sources, to send a free preview; (b) directly from you when you reply or ask for a preview; (c) once you're a client, what's needed to deliver and bill the project.

4. Cookies and tracking — we use essential cookies/local storage to run the site — e.g. remembering your cookie choice. These don't require consent. With your permission, given via the cookie banner, we may also use analytics and advertising cookies to understand traffic and, in future, run ads. You can accept, reject, or change this choice at any time from the cookie banner or the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. We also load Google Fonts.
5. Legal basis — outreach & inquiries: legitimate interest. Delivering/billing: performance of a contract. Financial records: legal obligation. Collecting unpaid invoices: legitimate interest. Analytics/advertising cookies: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

7. How long we keep it — outreach contacts: 12 months. Client records: for the life of the subscription. Billing records: 7 years (Dutch tax law).

9. Children — not directed at children; we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
10. Other sites we link to — once you follow a link or use a named service, their own privacy policy applies.
11. International transfers — Google may process technical data outside the EEA, relying on standard contractual clauses.
12. Changes — we update this page and its date when practices change.
