Your rate is fixed for your full committed term. If you renew afterward, we may raise it, but only up to that year’s official Dutch inflation rate (CPI), and never to whatever new customers are paying. You’ll get at least 60 days’ notice before any change. Full detail is in our Terms of Service.

We give you room: your site is paused after 14 days of non-payment, and taken down after 30. Your domain is never touched, and you can request a copy of your content anytime, free.

No. Every site is built around your business: your name, services, photos, area. What you saw in the free preview is what launches, not a generic layout with your logo dropped in.

Each plan includes 5 Changes a month. One Change covers a text or image swap: updated hours, a new item, a fresh photo. They reset monthly and don't roll over. Need more in a busy month? Extra packs are €10 for 5.

Yes. Our Transfer & Handover service converts your site into a WordPress export via WPconvert.ai, so you can keep editing it yourself elsewhere. It covers the design and content only. No backend, database, or dynamic functionality is included, so anything running on the server side would need rebuilding on your new platform. Full detail is in our Terms of Service.

Once you send your content through intake, we implement it within 7 days, then two rounds of revisions, free. For general questions, expect a reply within 1 business day.

Fair question. We're small and direct on purpose. You deal with the person building and hosting your site, not a support queue, and you never pay a cent until you've seen the real thing built for your business. Not happy with the preview? You don't move forward, nothing lost.

Yes, hosting, uptime and basic technical security are included in every plan, for as long as your subscription runs. Nothing extra to set up or manage.

We use third-party tools to build your deliverables. Some of those tools may use submitted content to improve their own systems, under their own terms, the same as most modern creative tools. We never use your content for our own marketing, or share it beyond what's needed to build your site.

We don't run cookies, analytics or ad trackers on our own site: only Google Fonts. Client data is only used to deliver and bill your project, kept only as long as needed. You can request access, correction or deletion anytime. Full detail in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

No physical or digital signature is required. You agree to our terms by checking the agreement box and completing signup, or by paying your deposit.
